Belarusian Review Volume 18, No. 3

The quarterly Belarusian Review, published by the Belarusian-American Association, Inc., a fraternal non-profit organization, is an English-language publication, in existence since 1988. Today the Belarusian Review is the only English-language journal, fully devoted to Belarus: to its current political and economic situation, culture and history, as well as to events in the Belarusian diaspora. While informing its readers about foreign experts’ views and analyses of Belarusian issues, it provides an independent forum for our own, Belarusian voice. Until recently, there existed no English-language website with full-spectrum news from and about Belarus. The Belarusian Review fully fills this niche, both as a printed journal and an electronic edition, made in cooperation with The_Point Journal. The official web site of the Belarusian Review is: http://www.belarusianreview.org/. Latest, and archival issues of the Belarusian Review may be downloaded from this site. The publication’s readership consists of: • world’s political leaders: heads of state, foreign ministers, influential parliament members. • universities, libraries and other educational institutions. • individual students of world’s universities, including those of Belarusian descent, as well as their foreign friends.
